2. Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide a premium experience with every order. However, we only accept returns or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Proof of damage or issue is provided

We do not accept refunds or returns without a valid reason, including change of mind or personal preferences.

If you are eligible, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Delivery Policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship to all regions within Indonesia. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to logistics disruptions.
